Remember The Music 2015

We were extremely pleased to have hosted our 7th annual Remember the Music event on October 18, 2015 at the historic “The Federal Bar” in Long Beach, CA a Knitting Factory Entertainment venue. The event featured music from The Maldives, The Get Down Boys,

Eric Kufs, and Chris Mathieu. The Get Down Boys provided music that closely represented the foot stomping beats that Grandma Betty danced to with her husband, Bill, while winning square dance competitions.

Eric Kufs provided us with a beautiful story about his relationship with his grandfather and the effects Alzheimer’s disease has had on his life. Chris performed “Fading Memories”, a song he wrote about Alzheimer’s disease. The Maldives finished the night with their beautifully haunting indie folk tunes.
